Description

The ATX 1.2GHz GigaXtend™ GMC Line Extender broadband amplifier is a tool that helps cable providers upgrade their networks to meet customer needs without having to start from scratch. It uses advanced Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology to boost the signal up to 57 dBmV, allowing for a high-level forward RF output. This means that the amplifier can work with a variety of different spacing options (750MHz, 870MHz, and 1002MHz) without needing major adjustments to the existing infrastructure.

The ATX GaN amplifier is designed to be backwards compatible, so it can be used to upgrade to higher bandwidths without requiring additional rewiring or other major changes. The DC power supply is modular and easy to access, making maintenance and upgrades a breeze.

To ensure optimal performance, all ATX 1.2GHz Line Extender modules are pre-configured with features like reverse amplifiers, diplex filters, thermal compensation circuit, forward interstage pads, and equalizers. Additionally, the optional single-pilot Automatic Gain Control (AGC) configurations are available to further enhance the signal quality.
