Guardian Telecom’s HDE-20 Wall Mounted Emergency Telephone is the perfect solution for hands-free communication in public areas. This updated model provides analog, half-duplex transmission and a two-way link to assistance, giving you the flexibility to initiate a call from either the phone itself or the monitoring station. It’s also compatible with OGP Series housings for easy integration into your security system.

These heavy-duty single push button emergency phone can be fully customized to your needs. You can program them to automatically dial two numbers or ring through a PABX, and monitor the status of each unit remotely to ensure quick detection and resolution of any malfunctions.

With its rugged 16-gauge #4 brushed finish and corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel construction, the HDE-20 wall mounted emergency phone is built to withstand even the harshest environments. It’s ideal for public areas such as universities, elevators, parking facilities, transit authorities, medical centers, outdoor walkways between buildings, building doorways, entry gates, outdoor atriums or other heavily used outdoor spaces.

In addition to its durability, the HDE-20 emergency phone comes with a range of features and benefits that set it apart from other emergency communication devices. Its emergency push-button feature rings designated numbers to summon help immediately, ensuring fast assistance when needed. The HDE-31 and HDE-21 models also come with a keypad for manual dialing.

The LED feature provides visual confirmation of call connection, and control relays, including a primary relay standard on all models and two additional auxiliary relays on advanced models, further enhance functionality.
