Steren’s Optical Power Meter is a small, light and easy to carry tester equipped with a large LCD screen. Designed to test LAN and WAN metropolitan networks, CATV net, and long distance fibre net. This optical power meter can be used to accurately test fibre loss, check fibre continuity, and help evaluate the transmission quality of a fibre chain. This handheld meter can also be used to test optical power within the wavelength range of 800~1700nm, using measurement units nW, μW, mW, dB, and dBm.

The optical power meter’s display resolution and test accuracy levels are impressive, with six kinds of wavelength calibration points: 850nm, 1300nm, 1310nm, 1490nm, 1550nm, and 1625nm. The OPM can be used for linearity and non-linearity testing and displays both direct and relative testing of Optical Power.
